Homemade Slow Food is our culinary specialty. The products we use for our delicious meals come largely from our own vegetable garden and local Kashubian farms—and, most importantly, from the bountiful pantry of our hosts, Monika and Ryszard.
We are proud to be able to grow our own, ecologically-friendly vegetables and herbs. The awareness that many ingredients we use come from our own garden makes the pleasure of cooking and eating even greater. Mineral water, aromatic coffee and various delicious teas are always available on request.
